The country and currency selected in the Application are used to personalize the simulation and its content. They do not represent precise device location. The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device.

You can stop information collection by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the relevant application marketplace. The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period afterward, or as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete unwanted saved games through the Application where that option is available. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable legal requirements.
The Application is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from, market to, or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted. The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information it processes and maintains. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The Service Provider and its third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Appropriate measures will be used where required by applicable law.
